Fees & Refunds
The DEPOSIT is due by October 10, 2022. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, and will cover:
- Quality coaching to improve individual and team skills
- Team practices
- Use of coaching staff for college references
- Cost of fields and equipment
- Coaches’ salaries and expenses
- Team membership for all elite tournaments
- IWLCA Recruits Profile for HS Players
- Navigation of the recruiting process for HS players
- Administrative Fees
- Uniforms will be sold through an online store with the option to purchase other gear as well
Players may sign up for Lil’ Sticks and Stampede Lax Black through June 1, 2023 as space is available.
Tournament fees and travel expenses are separate from the annual membership fee and vary by team. The balance of your fees cover the following:
- Individual registration in tournament
- Coaches hotel accommodations & expenses
- Coaches per diem salary
- Tournament administrative costs
REFUND POLICY:
Reservation Fee: If you have paid your yearly membership in full and have a sudden conflict and we are notified by MARCH 15, 2023 we will refund all but $400.00 deposit. The reservation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances no matter when you registered. If you register after MARCH 15TH or do not notify us until after MARCH 15TH there will be absolutely NO refunds. Player/tournaments fees and expenses are paid in advance and the reservation allows us to limit our rosters. We turn many players away based on the reservation list.
