Philosophy and Mission

 

Stampede Lax was established with the goal of bringing together players and coaches who share a passion for the game of lacrosse, and who aim to raise their game to the next level. Stampede Lax focuses on providing the best instruction through team practices, as well as exposure to local and national tournament play for our teams.

 

A message from Wendy:

I am first and foremost a teacher, and Next Level Lax is designed to do just that. We are here to teach the game that we are passionate about to any and everyone who wants to learn.

Mirroring the successful methods used to develop All-Conference and All-America honorees at both the high school and collegiate levels, Next Level Lax’s primary focus is to improve the game of each individual player.

We look to develop the fundamentals of the game first before moving on to more advanced team concepts. Next Level Lax coaches teach stick work, footwork, and communication in each session in an effort to raise each player's skill set and confidence. Next Level Lax looks to develop players through individualized skill work and small-sided games, which will improve a player’s overall game sense while seamlessly translating into game situations. We want players to leave our teams, camps and clinics as better teammates as well as individual players.
