Each player has the right to play and learn in an atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment and bullying. It is the policy of NLL & Stampede Lax to ensure equal opportunity without discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity. NLL & Stampede Lax prohibits and will not tolerate any such discrimination, bullying, or harassment. All persons are encouraged to report any discrimination, harassment promptly, or bullying to the Director. NLL & Stampede Lax will promptly, thoroughly, and impartially investigate all complaints of such. NLL & Stampede Lax will keep all complaints confidential to the extent possible and consistent with adequate investigation and appropriate corrective action.

If it is determined that discrimination or harassment occurred, NLL & Stampede Lax will take appropriate action, including disciplinary action against an employee, player, or parent, to see that the discrimination or harassment ends and could result in their suspension.
